A community hub makes it easier for local residents to access the health, social, cultural, recreational and other resources they need together in one spot.

After identifying the need for just such a centralized service, Council chose to purchase and re-purpose the public asset at 320 Richmond St. (formerly St. Bernard's Catholic Elementary School).
