Richmond Street Sewer Replacement Project: Richmond Rebuild

Amherstburg has recently been awarded provincial grant funding for sewer upgrades along Richmond Street, from Dalhousie Street to Seymour Street.

At this time, many details remain to be determined, including confirming timelines, construction phasing, access impacts, and what this may look like for businesses and the community during the project.

Planning is in the very early stages, and construction is not anticipated to begin until early 2027.
