Administration presented the Proposed 2026 Budget to Council for their consideration on November 10, 2025.

The Budget is the business plan for the Town's service delivery and programs in 2026. It will include elements such as contributions to reserves, economic development initiatives, asset management and renewal, and enhancements to service level delivery related to Town operations.

  • 2026 Budget Public Engagement Survey

    Amherstburg Residents are encouraged to complete the following survey, which will be used as a tool to guide Council and Administration through the 2026 Budget process.

    Only those surveys completed in full will be included in the final tally. 

    Those who require a hard copy please contact Town Hall at 519-736-0012. All surveys must be received by November 30, 2025. 

    Those who require assistance or accommodation to complete the survey can contact Town Hall at 519-736-0012 or accessibility@amherstburg.ca. 

    Please note that information will be collected in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Privacy Act.  With the exception of personal information, all comments will become part of the public record.
