Multi-Year Accessibility Plan

The Amherstburg Accessibility Advisory Committee and the Town of Amherstburg seek input on the 2026 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan.

The Town’s Multi-Year Accessibility Plan outlines the outcomes and initiatives that reaffirm the Town’s commitment to an accessible community and to building an equitable and inclusive society that values the contributions of people with disabilities.

This engagement process is designed to seek feedback on how successfully the municipality addresses the accessibility needs of those the municipality serves and to garner comments on the draft plan.

As one piece of the Town’s overall Accessibility strategy, this process will be the first in a series of annual engagements designed to increasingly narrow the focus on the opportunities for enhancements in the provision of the Town of Amherstburg’s goods and services in an accessible manner.

The 2026 Multi-Year Accessibility Survey will be available from Monday, January 26, 2026 to Friday February 20, 2026 at 4:30pm.
